The 7 Point Facelift is an inter-injectable treatment that focuses on enhancing the face as an aesthetic whole. It is a treatment administered by our Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber, Claudia, who will help you lastingly treat – and prevent – the signs of ageing. This combined approach means that while you get immediate results, these are sustained over a period of time, building to give you better skin and a skin structure. We are calling it our Liquid Facelift.

What is a 7 Point Facelift?
Although, this is called 7 Point Facelift (named after the seven points of the face it treats,) it actually takes a 360-degree approach to aesthetics. You can expect Nurse Claudia to analyse each section of the face – usually broken down into the upper, middle and lower facial thirds – and assess the areas that may have:
- Fat deposits on the face
- Hollowness
- Depletion and lack of volume
- Skin laxity
Using a bespoke selection of products from Allergan Aesthetics®, the creator of globally leading aesthetic brands like BOTOX®, Juvéderm®and HArmonyCa, each 7 Point Facelift is tailored to your skin and ageing concern. The products used during the treatment are also chosen especially as each one is designed with specific properties, so they will be selected depending on the area you wish to treat.
Some of the products used will be:
- Volite® – For when you want to enhance skin quality
- Volbella® – For when you want to refine features and reduce lines, especially the glabellar lines, tear troughs, lips and periorbital lines.
- Volift® – For when you want to fill lines and shape the feature. Volift has a higher hyaluronic acid concentration so this filler not only lasts longer, but can also be injected deeper into the dermis.
- Voluma® – For when you want to correct mid-face volume. This product can last up to 24 months and can treat the temple, cheeks and cheekbones, also known as the upper and mid facial thirds.
- Volux® – For when you want to define the lower face. Volux® treats the chin and jaw area and has the highest lift capacity of all the above gels – making it ideal for targeting more visible signs of ageing and jowling.
- HArmonyCa – For when you want to add structure to the midface. Containing both Hyaluonic Acid (HA) and form of calcium – called calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHa) – this is a hybrid filler (a mix between a bio-collagen-stimulant and Dermal Filler that works to grow new collagen fibres as early as one week after treatment.
- BOTOX® – The globally-loved anti-wrinkle injection to treat dynamic and static lines across the whole face.
How does a 7 Point Facelift work?
Each 7 Point Facelift treatment will begin with a consultation with our Head of Non-Surgical Department. They will be able to assess if this is the right treatment to achieve your aesthetic goals or can guide you to other options. If you are suitable, you’ll then meet Claudia, 111 Harley St.’s Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber.
She will outline which areas need to be treated by examining the upper facial third – the forehead and temples –before moving to the mid facial third – the nose, cheeks, and tear trough area – and finally finishing with the lower facial third – the jawline, chin and marionette lines that can appear in this region.
When all elements of the face are taken into consideration, this creates a complete rejuvenation, cohesive with all the facial features. For example, when the cheeks are lifted this can alter the appearance of the nose, making it look more uplifted in some cases. So, this consultation process is integral in helping you express what you want to alter, enhance or define. Often when patients say they want to change one element about their appearance, they may fail to see another aesthetic route that can be taken to improve, not only the unliked area, but also your enhance facial balance simultaneously. For example, a patient may say they don’t like their eyebrows, or how their eyebrows have got lower. Aesthetic Nurse Claudia may recommend treating the temples to give a brow-lifting effect and create a new youthfulness across the face when combined with an injectable like Botox®.

7 Point Facelift FAQs
The process begins with a friendly consultation with our Head of Non-Surgical Department, Kerstie. During this time theywill discuss your reason for treatment, your concern and analyse the desired treatment area to examine if a 7 Point Facelift is the best course of action to take.
On the day of the treatment, your Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber will numb the area. Then cleanse the area, then mark the area – making a grid-like pattern – before administering the product.
Any discomfort will be minimal as many of the Dermal Fillers and HArmonyCa used already contain the numbing ingredient, lidocaine.
The unit will vary depending on the size of the area and the severity of the concern. You may feel a very slight scratch on the entry sites.
Botox can last a few months and depending on the Dermal Filler used, the life of the product can vary. Sometimes this can be from 9, 12 and 24 months.
If HArmonyCa is used, asa hybrid dermal filler, the lifting effects can last between 18 months – 3 years before the filler is completely broken down. It lasts a lot longer than normal fillers as it contains CAHa, which means the regeneration effects that the CaHA produces lasts. We think HArmonyCa is going to be extremely popular in our clinic precisely because of these dual, sustaining effects.

This treatment is suitable to use on the whole face, any areas that you feel could be enhanced. It has immense powers when used on the upper, lower and mid-facial zones.
There is no downtime with this treatment and as it is an injectable you can expect some swelling or redness due to the nature of the treatment. Any visible signs of treatment can be alleviated with an ice pack or cold compress.
The permanency varies from patient to patient and depends on the products used during your treatment. As each treatment is curated especially for you, please ask your Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber.
This usually depends on the concern you wish to target. Some patients can achieve their desired outcome within one treatment, but this varies from patient to patient.
After your 7 Point Facelift, we always advise that you avoid any strenuous activity as you want to allow the product to completely settle.
We also recommend that you avoid any sunlight and tanning lamp and don’t expose the area to extreme weather conditions for 24 hours after the treatment. This is minimising any redness, swelling or irritation.
After your treatment, you can request an icepack or a cold compress to help alleviate any visible signs of treatment.
If you notice any small lumps or bumps appear around the treatment area, gently massaging will help.
Treatment time can vary between 20-60 minutes.
Common side effects include swelling, tenderness and itching – these are all perfectly normal inflammatory skin reactions and should resolve within 1-2 days or diminish after a week.
